- The product has been successfully installed and is functioning as expected.
- Issues arise due to major changes or modifications made by the user.
- Refund Request Process:
To request a refund, please contact us within 2 days of purchase with your order details and a description of the issue. Our team will verify the issue and determine refund eligibility.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
- Product Exchanges:
If the product does not meet your needs, you can exchange it for another product of equal value within 2 days of purchase, provided it has not been installed or used. - Exchange Process:

Non-refundable Items
